PhD in Management, Victoire de Margerie is the Founder & CEO of Marzac Investment since 2009 and the Chairman of Rondol Technology Ltd since 2008. She has a 25 years international experience (Germany, UK, USA) in the field of materials in executive and board positions (Arkema, Italcementi, Pechiney, Outokumpu).

She is also Professor of Strategic Management at Grenoble School of Management since 2003 and Visiting Professor at Nyenrode School of Management (NL) since 2008. She has published two books: "Strategy and Technology: Towards technology based competitive advantage" at L'Harmattan editors in 2009 and "La Boite à Outils du Chef d'Entreprise" at Dunod editors in 2011.
